Michael Gasta a 40 year hospitality veteran has been working in Las Vegas for 34 years. In 77 he joined Hilton Hotels and worked in various Food & Beverage position’s at properties in San Francisco and Los Angeles. In 82 Gasta was promoted to the Las Vegas Hilton where he spent 4 years in Food & Beverage and 12 years in Sales & Marketing. In 98 he was promoted to the corporate office for the same company renamed Park Place Entertainment in a new regional sales and marketing position overseeing the company’s group sales efforts for all of the Nevada properties totaling 18,000 rooms. In late 02 Gasta went independent with his own event/meeting planning company he named America’s Guest. Gasta’s hospitality diversity in catering/service, sales and marketing both as a seller and buyer along with regional sales back ground provides a 360 degree view of your program expectation.
