Professional Bio A native of Cape Cod, Massachusetts, Joanne Lydon attended Syracuse University and was with Filene’s and May Company Department stores for several years before entering the hospitality industry. She joined Starwood Hotels and Resorts Worldwide in 2003. A Six Sigma Greenbelt, Joanne spent 8 years with Starwood Hotels & Resorts in their Regional Contact Centers, Hotels and Starwood Vacation Ownership. While with Starwood, Joanne held a variety of roles including Training, Owner Services and Hotel Group Sales. She handles both the New England Region as well as the Caribbean and has been with Meetings.com since 2011.
